Customer Service Representative
My friends and I, a group of five, passed the virtual assessment and initial interview. The process was smooth, possibly because the interviewer was Filipino. However, the final interview was with a US-based Hiring Manager via Google Meet. I tried my best to answer, but none of us were chosen for training. I'm not sure what they were looking for, but their standards seemed very high. It was disappointing, but a learning experience.
- We were five who passed the assessment and initial interview, but in the final interview with the US hiring manager, none of us were selected. I believe I did my best, but perhaps their standards were exceedingly high.
Sales Development Representative
The first interview was virtual and it was nice because it was so convenient. The person interviewing me was really nice and easy to talk to. I'm now waiting to hear back about a final interview. I hope it all goes well.

Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager
I was completely ghosted by my recruiter and hiring manager. I joined the online meeting room ahead of time and waited for almost an hour, but nobody showed up. While I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, especially those in the same field, this is beyond comprehension and a complete disrespect for my time. I'm hoping this was just an isolated incident.

Delivery Manager
I originally applied for QA Manager, but they put my application on hold. Later, a senior leader asked if I was interested in a Delivery Manager role, and I agreed to proceed. They conducted one round with another director, who was satisfied. The HR department sent an email about an offer discussion, but the following week they stated an additional round was needed, which was unexpected, and they mentioned it was just a formality. After that round, the wait began, and it felt never-ending. The Talent Acquisition team would escalate to management, but management also didn't provide updates.
