First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Full Picture.
Account Executive
I had one zoom interview with a higher-up manager or vice president. They asked pretty general questions, and it was an easy process overall. If I were interested, I could definitely see myself continuing there.
- Can you tell me about yourself and why you are looking to leave your current company?
Public Relations
The interview was scheduled fast after I applied and the conversation was pretty insightful and interesting. They said they are not in a rush to hire, have been looking for more than 6 months and that's when you know it's the company that is the issue, not the candidates, because both New York and Los Angeles have a lot of experienced publicists. They assured us that everyone would hear back and they don't ghost people, but they never followed up or heard another word, and the job posting is back up again, hiring for a priority position.
- Can you list your most valuable media contacts?
Assistant
I had 2 video calls, one with an assistant and another with my potential manager. Then, I was given 2 big take home projects that took me about 3 hours to complete. I never heard back from them after I submitted my work, even though I worked really hard on them lol
- What are your hobbies outside of work?
Administrative Assistant
First, there was a brief screening interview with the current assistant. Then, a 30-minute interview with the manager. After that, a really long and involved free labor personal project/assignment, which is something they should really pay for.
- What makes you want to join this company?
