This wasn't really an interview, more like a check to see if you're a real person. They're looking for people who are currently jobless but willing to work. They didn't care at all about your skills, qualifications, previous experience, or if you knew anything about organic agriculture rules. You'll see a short slideshow that quickly covers the company's background and how the sales department is set up.

I talked to two people on the team. One of them was really great and we brainstormed a bunch of new ideas, which was fun. The other person, however, mostly just wanted to talk about my old job and gossip about them. I tried to steer the conversation in a different direction a few times, but it didn't work, so I figured it wasn't the right place for me.
