It was great, I had 2 interview rounds for this role and got selected in both. They usually ask very basic questions and consider people with good communication skills. I am so excited to join.

The interview process had 3 stages: first, an HR round, then a Manager Round where they asked questions and discussed projects from my prior job, and included one or two case studies. Lastly, an Assignment Round.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was pretty reasonable, involving behavioral and case interviews. The case interview was designed to assess problem-solving skills, like asking for recommendations given specific circumstances and included a small quantitative part. Some preparation material was allowed beforehand.

Case Presentation Technical

The HR sets up all the interview rounds. In my experience, the HR was really busy and would send meeting invites late at night. Also, getting updates from the HR is super slow. They only respond if you chase them and after you remind them multiple times. The process involved: HR Round, Technical Discussion, Case Study, Case Study Discussion, and Final Discussion. For the case study, they gave me live project topics and asked me to create slides, and then the HR was unresponsive with updates. It felt like they were using the interview process to get their own work done.
