The process was straightforward. I met with HR, Eunice, and then the technical team's IC, George Aw. Having a Diploma qualifies you to join as either an Engineer or a Technician, and the Technician role starts at a higher grade than other entry-level positions.

day 1: company presentation about the company, salary, and benefits, followed by an aptitude and technical exam. After clearing the technical and aptitude exam, they conducted a Technical interview - round 1 and shortlisted the candidates for the next round of interview at the regional head office. day 2: Technical interview - round 2 was conducted by the sales head and shortlisted candidates were sent to the final HR interview at the Head office. The final HR interview was done, and an offer letter was provided.
