Software Test Engineer
The hiring process was pretty straightforward and all done in a single day. The interviewers were really nice, and the day was filled with good questions. You could tell they really take pride in their work and have a great sense of teamwork.
- Were there any easy questions asked that you had no issues answering?
Electrical/Systems Engineer
Had a phone interview with the manager and a team member. After that, I went for an on-site interview. The whole process was quite smooth, they handled transportation and accommodation well. The on-site part lasted about 4-5 hours and included lunch with the team. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. It was the best interview I've had so far. I got good feedback, but they ended up hiring someone with more experience.
- Can you tell me about the technical aspects from your resume?
- How would you handle specific situations?
Process Technician
I heard about this opportunity through a connection and even got to do a quick walkthrough before officially interviewing. The interview itself was pretty laid-back. I met with the Assembly Manager first in whatever conference room was available – he was dressed very casually, like t-shirt and maybe shorts. Then I met with HR, and they seemed pretty efficient.
- Can you elaborate on your motivation for seeking employment with us?
- What are your thoughts on potential future roles within the company, should this technician position not align with your long-term career goals?
Internship
I had one phone interview and then an in-house interview that was about 3.5 hours long. It included 30-minute interviews with different managers. I also had to prepare a 20-minute presentation.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Why are you interested in this role?
- Describe a challenging project you worked on.
