It felt like a chill interview, you know, pretty relaxed and conversational, not all formal and stiff. The interviewer made it comfy, asking stuff that got us talking. Things just flowed naturally, felt like we were both at ease and could be real. It was engaging, not stressful, more like just a chat.

Went through the interview process at the Fuji electric India plant. Started with a technical round, followed by a managerial and technical-2 round. The whole process was completed in 15 working days. HR was helpful. Even though the package offered was less compared to similar companies, there's a lot to learn technically. It's a good place to gain technical exposure.
