Fuhu Interview Questions
& Process

Fuhu found my profile online and reached out via email expressing interest in my work and wanting to set up an interview. We exchanged emails for about two days, and I came in for the interview on the third day. I met the person I'd been emailing with. We went to her office, and she offered me water. Initially, it seemed like a one-on-one, but then about four more people joined to interview me individually. Some questions were repeated, while others were new, depending on their department. They were all very friendly and professional. It was a pretty good interview.

My interview process was a joke, similar to those 5-star ratings that appear in 2 days. An HR manager reached out about an open position, and we set up a 1-on-1 with the hiring manager. During the first interview, they asked typical, easy questions. My hiring manager seemed uninterested in my work, mentioned my salary expectation was too high and that they have long hours, but said he'd try to negotiate with his manager. So, we scheduled a second interview with some senior managers. When I arrived for the second interview, my hiring manager said the senior managers were in a meeting. He then asked me to show him more work, which he claimed HR was supposed to notify me to prepare for (I received no such notification). I told him I had nothing new to show, and he sent me away without meeting any senior managers. I didn't receive an offer within 3 days after the second interview. Note: No parking validation, you have to pay yourself.

I met with HR and two team leads for the interview, and they were all really nice. It wasn't a tough interview at all, felt comfortable and relaxed. Since it's a data entry clerk role, there weren't many technical questions. The working environment seems great too, with a lot of young people. They asked about my Excel and MS software skills and said I'd hear back next week.

So I got to the office and a few people greeted me and made sure the interviewer knew I was there. The lobby was really cool with TVs showing off the company's stuff. During the interviews, I met with 5 people one after another, which was unexpected. They all stressed that it's not a standard 9-5 but that the effort is totally worth it. After, the recruiter emailed me and offered me the job.
