Applied online and had a Microsoft Teams interview that lasted 45 minutes. I received a rejection email less than an hour later. No technical questions were asked, only conflict-related ones. I was hoping for the position but it didn't work out.

I started with a quick chat with HR. A week later, I had a phone call with both HR and the hiring manager, which went well. Then, I did a Webex presentation for the hiring manager and their manager, which also went well. After that, they invited me for an on-site interview, covering my travel and accommodation. At the on-site, I met with five people and was given a tour of the facility. The facility seemed old and a bit unorganized, but the role itself was appealing. I also had to give an on-site presentation to about five people. The interviews went positively, and I felt it was worth using two vacation days. HR said they'd follow up in about a week. I sent thank-you emails the next day. After a week with no response, I reached out, and HR mentioned they were still interviewing and would get back to me in another week. About two weeks later, with no further contact, I reached out again but received no feedback. I even emailed the hiring manager with no reply. The whole experience felt unprofessional, especially given the time invested. I was genuinely interested in the role and felt I could bring valuable skills. It's a shame my vacation days were used for such a drawn-out and ultimately non-communicative process.

I had a phone chat with HR and the Sr. Manager of Project Management. They made it pretty clear they were looking for someone with less experience so they could pay them less. The pay offered was definitely low for this kind of job.

I first applied on their website with my resume and cover letter. I also reached out to the supervisor directly because I knew someone who worked there. The supervisor then called me for a phone interview. The following week, they had me come in. I met the supervisor, his boss, the rest of the team, and HR. The whole thing took about four hours.
