The process requires a good planner person capable to do the task served by the management, being performance-wise, a good payer as well, having teamwork. Must manage pressure aside from my being kitchen lead in my previous job. A kitchen trainer of the newly hired staff's and newly management trainees in the operation as well, loyalty and integrity, having a spirit of family and fun is the key to perform better, better, and better.
- As a servant in the business/operation, how do you ensure guest satisfaction?
- How do you value guest's money so they keep coming back for more?

The interview process was pretty decent. They were mostly looking for experienced workers. They asked what kinds of professional experience you have, they ask you to tell them more about yourself. When you're available to work. Some advice I would give is to be as confident as you can be, upfront, and just try to make good conversation with the hiring manager.
- How would you benefit the company if hired?

I applied in-store and got a call back within 24 hours. I had an interview within 48 hours, and by day three, I was hired. The interview was a breeze; they pretty much hire anyone. It's an easy place to start.
- Can you tell me about your experience level?
- Which role are you interested in?
