Office Manager
This company has one of the worst interview processes I've ever encountered. It seems like they do this to every candidate. Usually, a talented manager can figure out if someone is a good fit early on. But here, everyone from HR to the top managers are 'super talented'. They make you go through at least 4 rounds of interviews, with one in Bangalore and the rest from the USA. After all these interviews, you get hopeful about getting the job, but then these 'super talented' Office Managers, HR Managers, and VPs from the USA decide you're not the right fit. What's worse, after each interview, the recruiter never updates you on your status. You have to chase them like 10 times just to get an update. If you're going to reject someone saying they're unfit, why can't you tell in the first round itself? Are you not capable of judging if a candidate fits the role? If you fail at that, are you even fit for your own position? And you need 3-4 'super talented' people, from HR Manager to VP, to find the right candidate? Fubo, please stop giving candidates false hope by taking them through 3-4 interview rounds and then rejecting them. If you're not satisfied, just reject them in the first round and let them know. I'm extremely disappointed with the terrible behavior of your company and everyone who interviewed me.

Software Engineer
First, I had a phone call with the recruiter, Thomas Koch. Then, there was a technical interview with an engineer. After that, I went on-site for 4 interviews: 3 coding interviews and 1 behavioral interview. It's been a week since my last interview and I haven't heard back despite reaching out multiple times to the recruiter. When I finally got hold of him on his cell, he said the team was interested and they were working on the next steps, promising to update me the same day, but he never did. I sent two more emails with no reply. I would have preferred a rejection over being ghosted after spending 6 hours on the process. I'm not sure if this is typical for the company, but other reviews suggest this happens often. Hope this helps!

UX Researcher
The interview process worked well for me! I loved that I got to speak to the hiring manager & recruiter to initially learn about the company and explain my experiences. Then I was given a research assignment that allowed me to showcase my knowledge and skills. After that I met with Product, Design, and Engineering to learn more about their departments and to share my previous collaboration experiences and qualifications! We also had a presentation time to share some of my ideas. The process took 3-4 weeks, and I was very satisfied with the offer package! It felt like everyone was super receptive to meeting me and made me feel welcome to ask questions.

Devops Engineer
So I had my first phone screen with the company recruiter, where we talked about my current situation, where I was at, what I was doing, and why I was looking. Based on that, I was told to come in for a 4-5 hour technical interview with the team. First, I was interviewed by a Project Manager who asked me personality questions and about my experience. It was a good lead-in to the next interviewers. I was asked some coding/algorithm questions, which was weird since I hadn't really done them before and wasn't comfortable. I think I did okay from my view, but maybe not from the interviewer's. The next interviewer asked me some architecture questions, like about load balancing and how I'd handle deploying multiple web servers behind one and dealing with high availability. After that, another interviewer asked me architecture questions, mainly about how I'd process incoming data from different sources. It was pretty hard and something I'd never done. Overall, I think the interview was okay. Some interviewers were nice, but others were, I felt, condescending or snobby, saying how they'd solved these problems ages ago in finance.
- Could you explain how you would deploy code across multiple web servers that are behind a load balancer?
- Tell me about your experience and some personality questions.
