There were a few technical questions, and they really cared about professionalism and honesty. It seemed like there could be multiple interviews, both over the phone and in person. The people interviewing me were pros, got right to the point, and clearly knew their stuff.

Field Service Engineer
The interview experience was really good. The HR person was super helpful and quick to respond. First, there was a phone screen with the HR recruiter. She guided me through the entire process and checked in to make sure I was okay with everything. After passing that, I had an onsite interview with a manager. It felt pretty laid-back, and we had a nice chat during the interview.

- What accomplishment are you most proud of?

It was a friendly and technical interview process. They asked questions about HVAC basics, problem-solving, and willingness to learn. They focused on adaptability, field readiness, and growth potential. It's great for recent grads looking for hands-on experience.
