Behavioral Presentation

Went through a few interview rounds. Interviews were brief and not very thorough. The President didn't seem engaged, didn't review my resume, and the team appeared unsure about the role they were hiring for. I didn't receive specific feedback after being rejected. However, I've heard from others that I might have avoided a bad situation, despite it seeming like a good job initially, there might be significant management or cultural problems. Notably, all three Business Development Managers left the company simultaneously. This is a major red flag, so proceed with caution.

It started with a phone screen and then an in person interview. It was a very comfortable interview process - low stress. I would recommend those who feel they are qualified apply. The management team is welcoming and helps all new comers adjust and feel like they have a positive impact.
