it was a very thorough interview with a panel of 6-8 people who asked questions in a round-robin style. The questions were a mix of technical ones like 'what is your experience level with xx?' and soft skills ones like 'describe a time when xx'.
- Can you tell me about a situation where you encountered conflict with a colleague?
- Describe a time when you had to deal with conflict with a co-worker.
Systems Administrator
There were about 6 people in the interview, and they took turns asking questions. They asked about my qualifications, character, and goals. They also described situations related to the position and asked how I would handle them.
- How do you want people to describe you?
Student Instructor
First we had to observe a Developmental class and ask the current instructor about the job requirements. Then there was an in person interview where we had to teach a lesson about one of the topics they gave us, and answer some questions. Lastly, we had to take and pass that classes final exam to make sure we knew the topic well enough to teach it.

This was a really easy and friendly interview. The people interviewing me were great and they were clear about what the job entails. It was a Skype call and super quick, only about ten minutes.
