Research Associate
The interview process involves lengthy waits between rounds. It starts with a skills test (Case Studies), followed by an HR phone interview to assess company fit, and concludes with a face-to-face interview with the team to evaluate team fit. A key aspect for both interviews is assessing teamwork ability, regardless of the candidate's position.
- For the case study, design a questionnaire.
- Using reading comprehension, apply basic math and logic to understand the market in question and answer related questions.
Research Associate
First, I had to fill out a questionnaire, then a phone interview about my experiences. After that, there was a case study, which included an English test, but they mentioned that other tests might be used for different roles. The process takes a while to move forward after the test. Finally, I had an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process wasn't overly demanding. However, they were very clear about their expectations but didn't leave much room for discussing what we might expect from them. They mainly focused on their requirements and weren't flexible regarding hybrid work arrangements or other similar discussions.
