Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Frost & Sullivan.
Consulting Intern
The interview process was fast. I got an email the day after I applied. There was just one 10-minute phone interview (in English and Mandarin), and then I got the offer the next day.
- Tell me about yourself and your past experiences.
- How would you go about quickly researching an industry you're unfamiliar with?
- Can you solve this market sizing problem?
Consulting Analyst
You'll have a phone or video call with a hiring manager or someone on the team. They'll want to know about your technical skills, what you know about the industry, and your experience. You might need to work through some case studies or solve technical problems.
- What is your motivation for joining our company?
- Can you explain your interest in a career in consulting?
- Could you walk me through your resume?
Management Consultant
The interview process did not involve a case interview. It focused on market sizing and fit questions. I was asked about an additional 'P' to the standard 4Ps and to provide examples of my individual contributions, distinct from team efforts.
- Could you identify an additional 'P' beyond the traditional 4Ps in marketing?
- Can you share examples of work that were exclusively your own, not a collaborative team effort?
- Estimate the market size for wheels in Singapore.
