Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Frost & Sullivan.
Consultant
Started with intros and some background questions, then dove into a case study. We also talked about some of my previous projects. I got to ask about the role too, and then we finished up. It felt pretty laid-back.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a significant challenge and detail how you managed it?
- Tell me about a time when your problem-solving and decision-making skills were truly put to the test under pressure.
Consultant
The interview had two rounds. The first round, lasting about an hour, was about your career history in an open and pleasant conversation. The second round focused on a deeper understanding of the specific role in the company. We discussed together whether the position suits the candidate and if there's a good feeling about the tasks and conditions. There was also time for questions about starting, onboarding, expectations, and future collaboration.
- Could you outline a particular project where you were instrumental in devising a client strategy or solution, detailing your methodology?
Consultant
The interview was a face-to-face session. It started with a self-introduction, then I was asked to explain my past experience and project details. They also asked about the tools I'm familiar with, my experience in making PPTs, how I handle difficulties, and how I collaborate with a team. That was all.
- Could you elaborate on your background based on your CV, including behavioral aspects?
- Please describe your past experience and specific project details.
