Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Frost & Sullivan.
Account Executive
A few months back I interviewed with them for an Account Executive position and after many, many interviews with various staff over the phone and in person I was confused when I was answering the exact same questions during each session...just by different people. After a month I didn't find it productive to repeat myself to anyone new. In the meantime I had accepted an offer with another company.
- Can you give an example of a difficulty you encountered at your previous employer?
Business Development Executive
The interview process started with no response from the team. Then there was a phone interview, followed by a face-to-face meeting with the sales head. However, they mentioned the position has been put on hold. If it was a rejection, they could have just said no.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Account Executive
Hiring was super quick because they needed people right away. A recruiter will call you with a few quick questions. Most departments have a straightforward 3-step interview process, which is pretty easy compared to other places.
- What is your approach when a sales deal doesn't close?
