Manager
It was an easy interview. The owner was nice and the work culture is great. It's a fast-paced environment and you'll need to learn how to interact with customers. If you're shy, this isn't the place for you.
- Can you share details about your previous work experience?
Gelato Whiz
I applied online, then went in for an in-person interview. After that, I got a phone call for another interview. There was just one interview total and it was a pretty chill experience.
- What's your motivation for wanting to join Frost Gelato?
Assistant Chef
When I got to the store, the interview was pretty chill. They asked me basic stuff about my schedule, the hours I wanted, and how much I expected to get paid. A few questions came up about my past work in food service, but the manager seemed cool with people who had no experience since they have a system they can teach. They gave me a general idea of the job and what comes next. I got offered the job right then and there, and did all the paperwork immediately.
- What brought you to Frost and why are you interested in this job?
- Do you like to cook or bake in your free time?
