First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Frontline Source Group.
Recruiting Coordinator
So the interview process involved a first round phone interview that was about 15 minutes long. After that, I had a second round which was an in-person panel interview with about 5 people who asked me questions. They didn't discuss pay until the very end, which was 45k with no commission, even though the job posting said there were commission opportunities. After I discussed pay, the mood changed, and it seemed like they didn't like me anymore.

The interviewer asked if I wanted to continue with the application process for that role. She also inquired about my job search priorities to help me find other suitable openings.
