Sales Assistant
It was a phone call interview with another person. Someone from HR asked us all the same questions and we had to see how we both answered. They asked about our qualifications and past job experience. They also asked if we had any prior sales experience.

Health Services Manager
After a resume and application screening, there were a series of phone interviews with the E.D., Regional Nurse, and Regional Director. This was followed by an in-person interview with the ED and Office Manager. Currently, there's an online personality and trustworthiness test. They screen applicants and then send those who are selected through to the individual facilities. Some questions are inapplicable or meant to trick you by asking the same thing multiple different ways.

Consultant
The hiring process includes document screening, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and then the Director of the department. A third round interview may be necessary. There will be a case interview and a behavior interview.

Executive Director
You will meet with our Regional Vice President of Operations and go through the interview Guide form and ask questions pertaining to your experiences. Collecting of information to better understand a one person's perspective and how they are successful in their role.
