I applied at a job fair and went through a group interview, which was part of the hiring process. They're looking for people who are fun, entertaining, can handle pressure, and are serious about their job. As long as you engage with everyone, you'll be fine.

The interviewing process was meant to be fun. They tested your ability to adapt to a fun, quick paced environment and mixed you with a group of others also applying to see how well you communicate with others. It definitely got you out of your comfort zone.

The interview had a lot of HR distractions. The questions were open-ended. They seemed confused about why people leave the position, likely due to underpaying for the responsibilities. The advice was to work there for a year, gain experience, and then double your salary elsewhere, which made me think it wasn't the right place.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you describe your responsibilities in your previous role?
  • What were your day-to-day tasks in your last position?
