Had a really long interview process with 5 different people, and they kept asking the same questions. I thought I did well and connected with everyone, and they even said I seemed like a good fit. It took 3 weeks of interviews, and then they ghosted me. I followed up 3 times and after a month, they said they weren't moving forward. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. I won't buy from them or apply for any jobs there again.

The process was pretty standard, taking about 2-3 weeks. First, there were two phone interviews, one with HR and another with the Hiring Manager. If those went well, the next step was an onsite interview with about 2-3 people, depending on the specific role. The interviews were straightforward and focused on behavioral questions.

I applied online and got an email from the recruiter in under 12 hours. The first call with the recruiter was pretty standard. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager within 3 business days. After that, I had two in-person interviews over the next 3 weeks. During this time, a lot of weird stuff happened: another recruiter reached out for the same job, the job popped up again on LinkedIn, and it was even posted under a different title with the same description. I followed up once to ask about next steps, and almost 3 weeks later, I got an email saying they decided to 'continue their search'. Honestly, after all the time I put in, rescheduling twice, and traveling to their office twice, I felt a phone call explaining their decision would have been more courteous than a generic email. I guess the standard 'we'll keep your resume on file' and 'visit our career site' line was polite though, right?

The interview process was quite straightforward. The interviewer asked a lot of detailed questions, which were all good, and made me feel comfortable despite my initial nervousness.
