First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FRONTEO.
Manager
The interview involved a 20-minute explanation of Fronteo, followed by 30 minutes of accounting questions, a 10-minute review of my CV, and a 10-minute QA session. The entire interview was conducted by a single interviewer who was pleasant and seemed genuine. He provided insights into both the positive and negative aspects of the company.
- How would you handle a situation where Accounts Receivable has been outstanding for an extended period?
- What motivates your interest in joining our company?
Director
I applied for a director level position. When I went to their office for an interview, they offered me managerial positions. There were 5 interviewers in total and the interview lasted 2.5 hours. They all emphasized that you can move to other positions once you join the company. They did not follow up after the interview. Overall, it was a bit of a waste of my time.
- Do you know what this company does?
Project Manager
The interview process went well, and all the employees I met were extremely nice and welcoming. I got interviewed by 4 people in total, and the interview process took several hours.
- Where do you see yourself in the next couple of years within the eDiscovery space?
Executive Assistant
It was a panel interview with 3 interviewers. They were all rude and very disrespectful. Thank god I didn't get the job because I would never want to work with these kinds of people.
