For an internship, it was pretty simple. We had a 45-minute online meeting on Teams, and they got back to me really fast with an offer. They asked some behavioral questions, some technical ones, and we talked a lot about my past projects and work.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and short, only about fifteen minutes long. The people interviewing me were nice and made me feel pretty relaxed. They asked a mix of technical questions, which weren't too hard, and some questions about my behavior or how I'd handle situations.

Behavioral Technical Presentation
The interview was a video call, unfortunately I misunderstood the time. I met with a team of three, including the Managing Director. He was decisive and determined, but he focused on physical aspects of the candidate that were unnecessary to mention. More importantly, he asked about my work successes and then ridiculed them, saying they were insignificant in his personal opinion. This showed a lack of seriousness and made me uncomfortable.

Case Technical Behavioral Presentation
The process was really long, taking 4 months. It included a psychometric test and a technical test. In total, there were 5 interviews. One was in person with all the teams and lasted a full day. Another was with Austria via video call. What I don't like is that it was such a waste of time, only to tell me in the end that I wasn't the right candidate. I think they didn't need 4 months and X interviews to figure that out. But oh well, that's life. The position was a responsible one, which can partly justify the long duration.
