It was pretty simple and direct. I first filled out my profile on their website. Once that was done, I was able to schedule a phone interview. The hiring manager called me at the time we set up, and the call lasted about 10 minutes. The person I spoke with was nice and easy to chat with. After the interview, she mentioned that a background check would be conducted.
