Business Development Manager
You start by applying online. If they like your application, they'll call you for a phone interview. If that goes well, you'll have an in-person interview.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
Staff Engineer
I applied in December and got a callback within two weeks. The interview was smooth with basic questions, though some caught me off guard. It was pretty straightforward, and I heard back within a week.
- Can you describe how you've been successful at the company?
Technician
The interview process involved easy questions, some behavioral ones that were easy to bluff. The job pays very little, and the company is very frugal. They use old equipment. While some intelligent people work there, there's not much financial reward. The business is unpredictable, depending on contract wins. The work itself has low profit margins, and competition is intense. They did cover training costs, but you have to repay it if you leave within a year, which is similar to other companies.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Engineer
I applied at a university career fair because the company was close by. An interviewer came to my campus between classes and we had a very casual chat about the job. There weren't many behavioral questions.
