First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Frisco, TX.
Customer Service Representative
it was easy and they asked basic questions, like for typical minimum wage jobs. I made sure to ask them important questions afterward about their culture and their covid policy/benefits in case they shut down their facilities again.
- How would you keep yourself occupied during slow periods at the gym?
- What do you want to know about our company culture?
- Do you have any questions regarding our COVID policy?
Recreation Aide
I was really bummed out by this dull interview. The interviewers seemed like they were just going through the motions and didn't want to be there. They asked like eight super basic questions. I wasn't impressed at all because they just moved from one question to the next without really listening to my answers, and they looked guilty the whole time. There was also this vibe of snobbery and tension, which was a letdown. It felt like a fake interview they just wanted to get over with. I thought I was really qualified, but the interviewers were being unfair and stubborn. I expected way more from them.
- What did you enjoy about your previous job?
- Have you ever handled cash transactions?
- How would you handle a difficult customer or coworker?
IT Intern
It was a short interview with one round, mainly asking HR and basic questions related to your experience and resume. They checked your resume to see if you fit the internship criteria and moved forward.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strengths?
