First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fringe Benefit Group.
Member Service Representative
I had a quick but in-depth interview with the VP of Participant Services. We talked about the job details and what's needed for the role. They also went over my past job experiences and clearly explained the job requirements, responsibilities, and what to expect day-to-day. It was a really rewarding experience.
- What experience can you bring to this position?
Project Manager
It was a good interview and it was fun. The interviewer did a great job asking what my name was and how driven I was to be successful. I can’t wait for the next one and how it will go and if I’ll get the job and work there because it’s fun and I like it and they are good.
- Could you tell me what you majored in and where you went to school?
Business Development Representative
Had a 3-hour in-person interview and a bunch of phone interviews. Talked to managers from different areas, and it was the same conversation each time. The in-person part felt more like a check on my personality than my actual knowledge.
- What do you envision for yourself in the next five years?
