So there were two rounds of interviews. The first one was a team interview with the person who would be my supervisor and one of her colleagues. The second interview was in person, and I met with my future supervisor again, along with another colleague. The first interview was pretty much a standard interview with a lot of questions, and during the second interview, they went into more detail about the project.

It was an online interview meeting with 2 staff members, one from a regional office and another from HQ. This was during covid in 2021, and they were looking for trainees. Essentially, it was about getting low-cost labor and avoiding liabilities associated with full-time employment after the traineeship. The company was consolidating and already implementing tightening measures, with information on their annual reports being openly shared.

Eerst moest ik mijn CV opsturen. Daarna moest ik een filmpje maken over mijn motivatie, persoonlijke eigenschappen en waarom ik voor het bedrijf heb gekozen. Vervolgens moest ik 3 capaciteitentests doen. Daarna volgde een videopresentatie. Tot slot waren er nog 2 sollicitatiegesprekken met meerdere personen.
