The process is simple and straightforward. You need to have open and clear availability. Show that you have good people skills and take initiative. Having customer service experience is a plus. You need to be physically active and ready to help out other departments. The Operations team runs the interview, and it's not too scary.

I got contacted for a phone screen about a week after I applied. It was a quick 15-minute call, and they first asked me about the start date and if I could relocate. The interview went smoothly, it was pretty casual and my interviewer was nice and kept me engaged. However, they didn't give a timeline for the hiring process and mentioned this was a very early part of it -- it sounds like they have many interview stages. I didn't get another interview offer and they never got back to me.

I found this job on NYFA and they invited me for an interview after I applied. The first interview was a group thing, scheduled for only 10 minutes. Then they sent a Google calendar invite for a second interview, with the location set to Google Hangouts. I joined the video call early but waited an hour and nobody showed up. I sent three emails to two different people and got no response at all. It was super unprofessional and a waste of my time. I really didn't like being treated like that.

After submitting my resume, I was quickly contacted and had a phone chat not long after with someone in HR. They asked insightful questions. I didn't get the job, and they sent an email saying they picked someone else. Overall, it was a good experience and showed me they're on top of things. I'd apply again.
