First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Friendly Consultants.
Software Engineer
It was a phone interview first, then they train the students and students apply for job opportunities. They guide you through out the process. Initial pay would be less but at least we can get started.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in joining our company?
- Could you share some details about your previous work experiences?
Business Analyst
I learned about the company through a friend who got placed by Friendly Consultants, Inc. They interviewed me based on my communication skills and asked many behavioral questions. They also questioned me about my education and experiences and tested my technical knowledge. Once they were satisfied with my knowledge and presence of mind, they were happy to hire me. I interviewed with a Senior Project Manager from the consulting firm, and she shared her experiences and knowledge on how to get a job. It was a good experience overall.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you tell us about your educational background and previous work experiences?
- What is your understanding of technical concepts relevant to this role?
BDA
So the interview process started with a group discussion, we were put into groups of 10 and about 3-4 people got selected from each group. After that, there was an optional written test which covered basic verbal aptitude. The next step was a panel interview where we were given general topics to speak about, like our role model or career aspirations. They mentioned three rounds initially, but there was actually a fourth round, which was an HR interview.
- Speak about technology vs development.
- Discuss women empowerment.
- Tell us about your role model.
Business Development Associate
First you do a group discussion (GD) with about 10 people in a group. You really gotta be fluent and confident when you speak. After you pass that, they don't really care about your aptitude score. Then there's an offline aptitude test, which is pretty easy. Finally, there's a personal interview, which is pretty average. They'll ask you general and behavioral questions.
- What would you do if a stranger suddenly hit you in a random place?
