It's about a 3 week process. It starts with an initial phone interview. Then you'll have an interview with the regional manager. If hired, you will get an offer letter. The background check can be a little lengthy.

The job description didn't include all the tasks you'd be responsible for. There were multiple interviews when it could have been done in one or two. The questions weren't hard, but it felt like there were definitely right and wrong answers.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a couple of interviews for this role. First, a phone call with a recruiter, then an in-person meeting at the office with the CMO. I got there early, about 30 minutes before. I actually didn't even apply for the job; a recruiter found me on LinkedIn and reached out. It was a bummer though because even though I spent a lot of time on it and they asked for my time, I never heard back. I tried reaching out to the recruiter again through our LinkedIn messages but still nothing. I get that sometimes things fall through the cracks, but it's just basic decency to at least respond when someone puts in the effort, especially when you asked them to.

I applied online and about 5 business days later, I got a call for a phone interview. Right after that, they sent me an email with a link to take an IQ test and a computer skills test. After I completed the tests, which took about 2 hours, I got a call to come in for a panel interview 3 business days later.
