Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Friedman LLP.
Intern
The interview process was pretty chill overall. Both interviews felt like normal chats, and the interviewers were nice. I found out a lot about Friedman and their awesome company culture. Super excited to be an intern there.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What led you to choose your major?
- Do you have Excel skills?
Intern
I had a phone interview first, and then they set up a second interview. The person I spoke with initially gave me some topics to prepare for the next meeting. However, during the second interview, they didn't ask me any questions at all. Instead, the interviewer mainly talked about the role. This interviewer was also running late and didn't reply to my emails.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Extern
The interview was a brief 30-minute session. It was quite casual, and the recruiter was really nice. They asked general questions, mostly about my past work experiences. I also got a rundown of what the externship program entails and information about the company culture.
- What motivated your decision to major in accounting?
