The interview process felt really awkward and dry. I had to face a panel of 4 people. Each one took turns asking me questions, and there were about 8 questions in total. The questions they asked were ridiculous, and I felt very uncomfortable. It was the worst interview ever.

First I talked to the program chair, who mentioned the degree completion director needed someone to change some core classes to fit new degree program requirements. I sent my CV, and after a bit of a wait for academic jobs, I got the interview. It was a relaxed conversation where we mostly talked about the changes needed. Then I was hired. It was a really easy process.
