First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Freshworks.
Business Development Manager
It was a three stage interview process. First, a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager conversation, and finally an on-site round with three 30-minute conversations. The whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks. It was a really good experience with everyone.
- What are your thoughts on a 5-day in-office work week?
Business Development Manager
The interview process was pretty standard for a BDR role. It started with a recruiter call, then I met with the hiring manager, followed by a team interview. After that, there was a mock cold call exercise, and finally, I had one last meeting with the head of business development before receiving an offer.
- Have you engaged in cold calling previously?
Business Development
I applied via the Freshworks website, and shortly after, an HR representative contacted me to discuss the company. This was followed by an interview with a Business Development team member, focusing on my background, the role, and the company itself. The process concluded with two onsite interviews and a brief presentation. The entire experience was very positive, with all staff being friendly and creating a comfortable atmosphere.
- What is your motivation for pursuing a career in sales?
- Can you share an example of a past failure?
