First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FreshRealm.
SAP Consultant
It was a 4-stage interview process, including a recruiter chat, and meetings with upper management and directors. Audio and video were required for all interviews. The whole thing went by pretty fast, and I got feedback usually after about 2-3 days. The vibe was pretty friendly, just be ready to answer everything they throw at you.
- Can you walk me through your SAP experience?
- What were some of the challenges you encountered in your SAP roles?
- Tell me about your experience with behavioral questions.
HR Manager
The interview process was pretty quick. It started with a phone screen, then an interview with the reporting manager, and then two more levels of interviews. The interviewer actually put me on hold to go to the bathroom during one of the calls. It felt like they weren't really interested since they were also on a marathon call. I tried to follow up for some feedback, but I never got any even after multiple follow-ups. It wasn't the best candidate experience, especially since it was for a human resources role.
- What are your strengths?
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process went good. Although the job description was misleading. The job seemed good. But the main job description was to help the customer service manager dodge customers who requested to speak to her due to many issues including triple charges for orders and being charged for canceled orders. These issues may have been diffused by the manager if she would have only spoke with them. Some customers would call in with the sole purpose of speaking with a manager and when she would continue to make herself unavailable to them, they would end up getting upset and then she would blame the rep when the real fault was hers for not making herself available to the customers one desire of speaking with a manager. Customers would also email rating saying "the rep___ was good, but management was terrible and refused to talk to me"
- In what type of work environment do you perform your best?
Ingredient Specialist
The first interview was a HR phone screening, a standard conversation where they gave an overview of the company and benefits. The second interview was with the hiring manager, who didn't ask any typical interview questions as I was told to prepare for behavior-based questions. It was mostly the hiring manager describing their day-to-day tasks. I asked for examples of products in stores or something familiar, but didn't get a clear answer, which was concerning. I was asked if I wanted to continue, and I said yes. I was told to expect more meetings the following week, but it's been 3 weeks with 2 follow-ups and no response, which is disappointing. I would have preferred an email or call if they decided not to move forward.
