The application process was pretty standard for an online application. It started with some psychometric tests, then an HR interview. After that, there was an assessment centre which involved presenting a case study to a panel of associates, doing a written exercise, and then another interview. It wasn't too different from what you'd expect at other law firms.

Behavioral Case

So first there was a written test, and then two interviews. The first one was like a casual chat about your experience, your CV and some competencies. The second interview was about a business case study that you got to read for about 10 minutes before. The first interview is pretty straightforward, just your usual interview prep like strengths, weaknesses, and stuff. The second one is a bit trickier to prep for since you don't know what case study you'll get. It's focused on business stuff (mine was about franchisers and franchisees), so it's good to be up-to-date with business news, how businesses operate, and the kinds of problems they encounter.
