Customer Service Associate
The interview process had 2 parts, the HR round and an aptitude test. The HR round was a video call with one person and included questions about the job, how to handle different customer interactions, and they also assessed my Hindi speaking ability. The test had some basic aptitude questions, computer skills questions, and English grammar questions.

The interview process began with a voice assent, which was essentially a recruiter call. This was followed by a communication round, which turned out to be a telephonic round focusing on speaking skills. Finally, there was an HR interview that took place on campus.

Customer Service Associate
First, you'll send in your resume and cover letter online. Then, HR will look at it to see if you fit the basic requirements. After that, HR might call you for a quick phone or video chat to check your background, how you talk, and if you're really interested. If it's a role that needs specific skills, you might have a technical interview to test those skills. They might also ask you questions about how you've handled things in the past to see if you're a good team player and can adapt to different situations.
