The interview process at CHALO FRESHCO in Brampton took about a week to get started. It was a really bad experience. The manager was supposed to meet me at the scheduled time but didn't show up. When I asked the staff, they said they'd get him, but instead, a regular employee came for the interview. It felt disrespectful, especially for a large franchise that should know better about professional conduct and discipline.
