I was excited to hear about this management trainee role they advertised. The first interview felt strange from the start. The hiring manager, who was very young, dressed unprofessionally, and seemed to lack experience in interviewing or managing people, struggled the whole time and didn't even mention it was actually door-to-door sales instead of a management trainee role. It seemed odd, but since they wasted my time, I decided to waste theirs too and went to the second in-person interview. After 20 years in management, I can honestly say the unprofessionalism at this company is appalling and most of them should be fired. It was entertaining, though, and I finally found out it was door-to-door sales, working 12-hour days Monday-Friday and Saturdays for $700 a week. No thanks, I'd rather sell cars or do anything else than work for this company.

It was a thorough and professional interview process. It's a great chance to think, but they'll push you hard to get promoted into upper management. You get raises based on performance and how well you can train and duplicate.

I had my first interview at their office, probably. It's a small company, so it wasn't anything super fancy. The CEO interviewed me herself. She was really nice and mostly told me about the job, which was good so I could understand it better. She liked me and sent me to a second interview at a place where they were doing direct marketing. Driving to different spots was a hassle, but I'm glad I got to see what the work would be like. My second interview was at the event, and they said I'd hear back in a few days if I got the job.

They screen you on the phone to make sure your interest aligns with theirs. First official interview is at the office, they get to know you professionally to see who you’ll best match up with for your second round interview. Second round you go to Sams club or Walmart to get a feel of how they actually drive revenue. If you make it to third round, it’s basically them closing you. You’ll meet the CEO. She’s an amazing person with a huge heart for people.
