First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Frequentis.
Accounting Clerk
Two rounds of interviews, first on Teams and then in person. Neither interview involved technical or job-specific questions; they focused on getting to know each other and assessing personal fit with the company. After the second interview, there was no follow-up, feedback, or communication, which was a disrespectful experience.
- Can you tell me about yourself.
Junior Engineer
The first interview was a good general chat with HR about my experience and where I want my career to go, no technical stuff. The second interview was with the people who actually do the work in the department. It was more technical and knowledge-based, and they gave me a case study to work through. Everyone I met in both interviews was really nice. I was a bit disappointed though because they said I'd hear back about a decision within a day or two, but I had to call them after 10 days to find out I didn't get the job.
- Could you review the systems we presented and identify any areas where they could be improved?
Systems Engineer
Typical process with the right contacts. Started with an introduction round with HR, then Head and Lead and finally me. Then we went into the role and discussed expectations and goals. I was able to talk about my experiences and interfaces. The product was described, the ideology and the company principles explained.
- Where do you see yourself in which role and why?
IT Engineer
I was contacted by a headhunter in February and went through two rounds of interviews, the second being more technical. After not hearing anything for two months (until April), I was informed that an HR person was sick and the position was on hold. Another headhunter reached out in August. I had a call with this headhunter, resubmitted my CV, and provided two references (contact info). After more than two weeks with no update, I was told that Frequentis was pausing all hiring for six months. The overall hiring process was chaotic and unprofessional.
