It was a 3 round process, started with the recruiter and then the last one was with the VP of Sales. It was pretty much a basic Q&A where we did role-plays, talked about past experiences, and what to expect from the role. It was very conversational and they didn't really ask any tough questions.

Had an initial video call with a recruiter which was pretty standard. Got contacted the next day to set up a second interview. However, on the day of that second interview, I received an email stating they were canceling all upcoming interviews for the position. Apparently, they had already identified a candidate to whom they intended to extend an offer. So they decided to halt the process for other applicants.

I had 2 interviews. The first was a quick video call with a recruiter, pretty standard. The second was a video call with the dev team. It started with introductions, but I was interrupted a lot, and one dev bragged about his Tesla. The questions were mostly backend-focused, even though I said I only knew a little and it wasn't relevant to a front-end role. I sent a follow-up email but never heard back.

The process was a bit confusing at first because I got an email saying I wasn't moving forward, but then an hour later they asked if I was available for an interview. The first call was with the head of the department and it was very casual, mostly discussing my experience and how I might fit in. We agreed to talk again the next day with a team member. That chat was also fun and casual, covering our experiences, what we liked about Chattanooga, and what the company expected. The day after that, they asked if I wanted a virtual office tour, which made me pretty sure I had the job. By Friday, I got an offer, we negotiated salary, and I was planning my move to Tennessee shortly after.
