I sent my application and got an email setting up an interview. Then I went in person to meet with the store manager. They hired me right then and there, and I started a few days later.

Got a call from my head manager at the office, we spoke for about 45 mins about the licensing and the job details. Then I went in for an interview with 3 floor managers. They wanted to see if I was open to learning, taking, and initiating their practices and if I was hungry to grind. We also discussed my ability to overcome objections and how prior selling experience could help.

First, I talked to the office manager for about 30 minutes. Then, they set up a meeting for me with the district manager. Both of them were super helpful and gave me really clear and specific details about everything.
