After submitting my application, I looked into the company more and confirmed that FreeUp genuinely prioritizes both clients and freelancers. They operate professionally and ensured I fully grasped the hiring process. I'm really looking forward to starting work with them.

My interview got rescheduled because the interviewer had internet issues. It was a 30-minute, straightforward interview. I had failed some exams from my previous 33 applications in the last 2 months, but I passed this one. This is the first interview I've failed that's very similar to ones I've passed elsewhere. It felt like they were prioritizing experienced candidates over potential ones with proven awards from past jobs, which is weird since I'm a freelance newbie. Luckily, I've now got clients on a different platform who pay well, considering I'm new to freelancing and only have 5 years of work experience.

After leaving full-time employment, I was a bit apprehensive about going freelance, but a friend recommended FreeeUp, so I decided to try it. The hiring process was quite seamless and quick. It involves 3 main parts, and they keep you updated throughout. When you reach the one-on-one interview stage (conducted over Skype), they'll inquire about your unique abilities, what you're interested in, your desired pay rate, and your past work history. Even though the interview wasn't very long, I felt they asked pertinent questions to effectively distinguish the average applicants from the exceptional ones they're looking for.

I saw Freeeup's reputation and thought it would be a good market platform to showcase skills and get clients. The interview was really awful. They'll schedule you for an interview and the greatest plot twist is that the interview is on Skype CHAT, not a video call or a normal call. So, there are 3 people in the group chat, 1. The person who scheduled you for interview 2. Yourself and 3. another person they said was there for observation. They'll ask you about your skills and a walkthrough of your job. Come on, Digital Marketing in a chat walkthrough? I basically summarized what I did to help my client and I don't think they understood anything. The process felt so unprofessional.
