Graphic Designer
First, I had a chat with HR. Then, they sent over a personality test. The initial chat was fine, but after I finished the quiz, they just stopped responding. It was a bummer because months later, I noticed they hadn't actually hired anyone, so it really felt like I wasted my time.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
Ad Operations Manager
Interviewer interaction was pleasant, however, the job description and HR team’s understanding of the role were not aligned. It became apparent during the hiring manager interview that my experience and the role's requirements were a mismatch. Since then, HR has not responded to my inquiries about other roles that might be a better fit for my background, which is disappointing.
- What motivates your interest in working at Freestar?
Onboarding Success Manager
I went through 3 interviews with Freestar. After the recruiter told me they were excited to invite me back for a final interview, I gave them my availability and then heard nothing. They ghosted me and then sent a generic email a week later saying they weren't moving forward with my application, without any explanation for why the final interview didn't happen.
- Can you describe your approach to prioritizing and organizing multiple tasks?
Data Engineer

- There were 2 SQL whiteboarding questions asked.
- There were lots of questions about your background.
