I applied online and after a few rejections, I finally got an email to set up an interview. The first interview was a phone screen that went about 55 minutes, longer than the scheduled 30. They said the hiring manager would call me back for a departmental interview. About 20 days later, I had an online interview with the hiring manager, and we agreed on a start date of September 22nd.
