It wasn't too bad. It was a 4-way phone interview, just me and three recruiters. They didn't do much small talk and mostly just dove into the questions, with a little Q&A at the end. The phone interview was about 30 minutes total. I met them at a college fair and they called me for an interview two weeks later. It's been almost two months and I still haven't heard back.

The interview process was well organized and they responded quickly. I thought the whole experience was informative and helpful, especially for students who are busy. I had to turn down the offer due to family stuff, but the pay was good and it's a great company.

Had a 10-minute phone interview where we discussed my resume experiences. They asked what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work there. No behavioral questions were asked. Lastly, they asked if I had any additional information to add to my resume. Received an email a few days later stating I was not selected.
