I applied for this job posting twice. First, there was an automated HireVue interview that lasted about 10-15 minutes and had really easy questions.

So I got a call from a recruiter, then they had me do a pre-recorded online interview. After that, I was supposed to have a Teams call with the hiring manager. I prepped all week, but then 30 minutes before the interview, they told me the hiring manager changed it to two weeks out. Two weeks later, I had the interview with two people who didn't even turn on their webcams, which was a first for me. The questions were pretty standard since I have experience in this type of role. It was a remote position, but they asked if I'd be willing to relocate to Arizona, which I said no to. Five weeks later, they let me know I didn't get the job. The whole process was incredibly slow, and I suspect they were prioritizing candidates closer to Arizona. I wouldn't recommend applying if you're not local, as they seem to prefer in-state hires unless absolutely necessary.

I had a panel interview with the hiring manager, an HR rep, and another reliability engineer. It was over the phone and they asked questions one by one. The whole thing took about an hour and they were all very nice.
