The whole thing took about a month, which was pretty fast. After I applied, the recruiter gave me a call for a prescreen, and then I got to talk to the Hiring Manager. That part was kinda weird though. The interview was on the phone, and there were these really long silences between questions, and some questions didn't even seem related to the job.
